Therapy & COVID-19
We live in interesting times. With the coronavirus COVID-19 affecting the world around us — changing the way we live, work, and commute — inevitably it might affect our access to resources such as psychotherapy.
I would like to take this moment to mention that I am more than comfortable working with clients (existing and new) online or over the phone. This might be the best choice for those who are working from home or self-isolating. Otherwise, until further notice, I am still seeing clients in my office during regular hours, Monday through Thursday.

Interview on Life 101 Podcast
I was recently interviewed for the Life Stuff 101 podcast, talking about couples therapy, what it’s like to be a therapist who works with couples, and how couples therapy differs from individual therapy. In the process of our discussion I mention the SAW films, Phil Donahue, and dismiss the notion that couples therapy is somehow “the beginning of the end”. Enjoy!
